Great place to visit with children, but if you want to eat at the Sugar Mill Pancake Restaurant you have to arrive early. The park opens at 8:00. We arrived about 7:30 and were 15th in line to enter.…Full review by Bill M

Not sure about credit cards, it is a state park so they probably do. It's $24 for a half day. I looked it up on a related website. I've only paddled there a couple of times and my buddy and I brought our own gear. Check out this link. It's pretty comprehensive: it is beautiful. "Old School" Florida. If you are feeling adventurous you are only about 60ish miles from St. Augustine. If you have the time check them out as well.

Pets are permitted in designated areas. It is limited. Call the campground to see is it is a good fit. Pets are not allowed at the main spring.
