An hour would probably do it - but check the daily schedule because there are various educational presentations throughout the day (for instance, we watched a patient feeding and a "meet the patients" session in the hospital). If you're interested in anything like that, you may want to stay a bit longer or plan your visit around those times in order to see the presentations.
