Our family loved this stop and appreciated the workmanship in the entry/stairs making it so much nicer than just a gravel trail to hike. I assume this is also a preservation measure. The waterfall… Full review by R2721MYlisah

Really not worth the $20 per person ticket. You go down 500 stairs and see the waterfall. Felt like a ripoff given they have commercialized a natural water fall that could/should have been accessible… Full review by 457diveshk

It's very safe and well deserved by the shuttles. There is a good restaurant on the way if you're hungry. You can also swin in the fresh water without struggles. To go there I recommend Easyhop. it's more convenient than the cab. Enjoy!

I felt that the parking lot was safe. Lots of tour buses and it was right in front of the ticket counter. Obviously don’t leave things in plain sight but it’s safe!

Entry to the waterfall also include the hot springs?

There aren’t hot springs at the waterfall but you can swim in the pool below it (though not too close due to it being dangerous!)
