My family drove ourselves, but I found an old blog from 2013 about transportation. Not sure if the information is still available. "If you're in need of a lift to our place, we're pleased to let you know that we have partnered with Gray Line of Orlando and Florida Dolphin Tours. Both of these transportation companies offer daily shuttle transportation services to and from our Everglades airboat tours, making Wild Florida one of the few airboat tour companies in Central Florida to offer daily scheduled transportation services."
Yes, the restaurant is called the Chop House. It has good bar-b-que and a children's menu. Seating can be outside or we went inside the conference room as it was air conditioned.

I wore insect repellent bracelets on my wrist and ankle pretty much the whole time I was in Florida. Happy to say I didn’t get one bite! I would advise using insect repellent on the boat ride as it is marshy waters and they will stop at times giving plenty of chances to get bitten. Tool up and you’ll be fine.
