President Trump is expected to visit the Los Angeles area Friday following the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires that caused extensive damage and destruction, claiming at least 28 lives and leaving neighborhoods leveled in their wake.

But Trump has indicated that he may use the trip to stoke grievances against Democratic rivals. He has complained that his Democratic predecessor Joe Biden did not do enough to help western North Carolina recover from Hurricane Helene,

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt filed the lawsuit along with more than 20 other property owners and residents affected by the Palisades Fire.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are suing the city of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power, alleging that the agencies' management of the water supply directly caused damage to their home in the Pacific Palisades Fire.
