Nintendo is playing it safe, and while more details are set to be revealed in a dedicated Nintendo Direct broadcast on April 2, there are undoubtedly areas where the upcoming console could improve on its predecessor.

No, the best part of a Nintendo console launch is the game Nintendo releases at the same time (usually as a pack-in) to teach you the hardware's ins and outs.

Given all of the apparent changes to the Joy-Con Controllers with the Nintendo Switch 2, such as the rumored ability to use them like a PC mouse, a true follow-up to 1-2 Switch could be a very smart way for Nintendo to introduce these new additions to the more casual side of its audience on day one.
