The suspect, now identified as Brandon Poulos, 46, barricaded himself inside an apartment at the Sonterra Heights on Stone Oak Boulevard.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus confirmed that four officers have been shot in Stone Oak on Wednesday evening. He also referred to the scene as a "suicide in progress." The department later reported to media that the officers' injuries were considered non-life-threatening.
