The 4 Nations Face-Off championship was not in the cards for Team USA, as Team Canada's game-winning overtime goal gave the trophy to the neighbors of the north.

Team USA, which buzzed the Canadians for the first five minutes of the extra period, were stymied by goalie Jordan Binnington, who turned back the clock and played similarly to how he did when he beat the Bruins here in Game 7 of the 2019 Stanley Cup Final.
