After being asked about the possibility of a “Back to the Future 4,” Gale told Yahoo Entertainment, “People always say, ‘When are you going to do ‘Back to the Future 4?’ And we say, ‘F–k you.’” The first sci-fi flick, “Back to the Future,” premiered in 1985 followed by “Back to the Future Part II” in 1989.

The producer noted how in addition to the film’s musical adaptation traveling across North America, it also has plans to open in Japan, Germany, Australia and on Royal Caribbean Cruises. “So, my God, Back to the Future, I’m going to be doing it for the rest of my life.
