BELL COUNTY, Texas (FOX 44) – UPDATE: Officials say repairs on the 48-inch water main break have been completed and the system is fully restored, according to the City of Killeen.

Crews will reportedly be shutting off power to one of the district's water pumps to install emergency standby generators.

The driver, whose name was not revealed, only had a misdemeanor charge filed against him, according to Troy Police.
