A car bomb explosion on the outskirts of Manbij, in northern Aleppo province, killed at least 15 people, including 14 women and one man, and injured 15 others, according to Syria's Civil Defense on Monday.

A car bomb went off on a main road on the outskirts of the northern city of Manbij, Syria's civil defense said. Most of those killed were women, while over a dozen others were injured.
