Eli Lilly expects to read out results from a study in people with obesity and osteoarthritis of the knee in 2025.

The results were consistent with the preliminary results Eli Lilly shared in January, which disappointed investors.

Eli Lilly’s profit doubled in the fourth quarter, propelled by its hot-selling diabetes and obesity treatments, and the drugmaker came out with a mostly better-than-expected 2025 forecast.
