The New York Jets are projected to select a quarterback to replace four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers in a new 2025 NFL mock draft. Fox Sports reported on Sunday that the new-look Jets told 41-year old Rodgers that they planned on parting ways after two seasons.

The team met with Aaron Rodgers last week and informed him they’d be going in another direction. And so the Jets’ Rodgers era ends with a whimper, two years of disappointment and a whole lot of “what if’s.
