The Patriots' new staff includes multiple former head coaches with extensive league experience, such as Josh McDaniels, Doug Marrone, and Ben McAdoo, while also bringing in several of Vrabel's former coordinators and coaches from his time with the Tennessee Titans, most notably, defensive coordinator Terrell Williams.

Vrabel, who coached for six seasons in Tennessee, brought in a variety of new coaches to the Patriots. In total, four assistants on this staff have head coaching experience with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, offensive line coach Doug Marrone, tight ends coach/passing game coordinator Thomas Brown, and senior defensive assistant Ben McAdoo.

Mike Vrabel continues to build out his coaching staff for the Patriots, with a lot of familiar faces reportedly joining him in New England.

While the Patriots are coming off back-to-back 4-13 seasons, the new coaching staff brings renewed optimism to the franchise.

Deron Mayo, 36, has been with New England since 2018, serving as an assistant strength coach under Moses Cabrera until he was elevated into the head role last season. Before that he was playing the game as a linebacker, spending the summer of 2011 with the Broncos before heading to the CFL from 2012-17.

Chuckie Keeton served as an offensive assistant on Ryan Grubb’s staff last season. Mike Vrabel and the New England Patriots recently announced their 2025 coaching staff. Keeton appears as an offensive assistant, finalizing his departure from the Seahawks.
