The Netflix show may have finally come to its bittersweet end, but 'The Karate Kid' universe is still going strong.

In the final scene, Daniel attempts to catch a fly with chopsticks like Mr. Miyagi challenged him to do in The Karate Kid. Johnny comes and squishes the fly with his hands while they are out for lunch, once again illustrating that their friendship is based on differences.

Legends brings a new entry into the Karate Kid franchise. However, its trailer marks a major concern for the fans of Netflix's Cobra Kai.

It was often unclear what Johnny would do when Cobra Kai ended, but the show has subtly provided an answer for his Karate Kid: Legends-era role.

Ralph Macchio, who rose to fame after playing Daniel LaRusso in The Karate Kid and is now appearing in the spin-off Cobra Kai, has left viewers shocked after they learned how old he really is
