DALLAS COUNTY, Iowa — The results of a recount in Dallas County are complete for Iowa Senate District 14 and Democrat Sarah Trone Garriott has won the seat, beating Republican Mark Hanson.

Absentee ballots are now available for the March special elections in Dallas County. Absentee ballots can be cast in person at the Dallas County Auditor's Office in Adel through March 3.
