We are getting our first look of the Gilbert man who Eloy Police say died in a skydiving accident in Eloy, it's the second death within eight days.

The death of Gilbert resident Shawn Bowen, 46, in Eloy marked the second skydiver who died in the area in just more than a week.

Gilbert man Shawn Bowen died in a parachuting incident in Eloy, Arizona when his parachute failed to open. Despite his experience and having made over 200 jumps, he did not survive the hard landing. Eloy Police are investigating the tragedy.
