The stage at Premio Lo Nuestro's 37th edition on February 20, 2025 at Kaseya Center hosted Will Smith teaming up with Spanish vocalist India Martínez to kick off the ceremony. During the evening they played their new joint work "First Love" to provide an enthusiastic start for the program.

Will Smith will be opening up the 37th edition of TelevisaUnivision's Premio Lo Nuestro alongside Spanish singer-songwriter India Martínez.

Will Smith, who's been readying his return to music, performed a medley that included "Miami," "Conga" and "First Love," his duet with India Martínez.
