The rapper, who has been caught up in a bitter feud with Gotti for over 20 years, posted a tasteless tribute to the entertainment executive after he died aged 54.

Gotti (born Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr.) was known for co-founding the record label Murder Inc. Records in 1998, an imprint of Def Jam Recordings, gaining producer credits for hip-hop legends like Jay-Z, DMX, Kanye West, Ja Rule, Fat Joe, Eve and more.

Famed music producer Irv Gotti, founder of Murder Inc. Records and the man who who put the likes of Ja Rule and Ashanti on the map, has died at the age of 54. The news was confirmed on Wednesday, Feb. 5, when Def Jam Recordings, the original parent label for Murder Inc. at the time of the latter's launch in 1998, released a statement on Instagram.
