CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — RXO Inc. (RXO) on Wednesday reported a loss of $20 million in its fourth quarter. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 6 cents per share.

On a per-share basis, the Los Angeles-based company said it had net income of 72 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were $1.23 per share. The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.29 per share.

For the current quarter ending in March, Allegiant Travel expects its per-share earnings to range from $1.50 to $2.50. The company expects full-year earnings in the range of $7.75 to $10.25 per share.
