ST. PAUL - The Boston Bruins recalled the former Minnesota Wild forward Vinni Lettieri from their AHL affiliated the Providence Bruins. Lettieri, 29, has had a great start to the season with Providence. In 35 games, he leads all Bruins players in goals with 14, assists with 21, and points with 35.

The Minnesota Wild have announced that forward Jakub Lauko has been activated off the injured reserve. Lauko was placed on IR back in early December. Lauko has appeared in 24 games with Minnesota this season racking up two goals and four points in that frame.

The Warroad, Minnesota native would be a perfect fit in the Wild's lineup as they currently have just one top tier centre with Marco Rossi filling in for the time being despite regularly playing at winger.
