Extreme cold that continues into a third day is forcing school districts to announce closures, delays and virtual learning days on Tuesday. A crash is impacting westbound traffic in Orono during the Thursday evening commute. According to the MnDOT 511 map, the crash happened in the area of Highway 6 between Long Lake and Maple Plain. An officer can be seen on traffic cameras directing traffic in the area,
