Tim Allen is shifting gears by bringing in another stand-up comedian to help generate some laughs on his ABC sitcom. Jay Leno will make a cameo as himself in episode 109 of Shifting Gears, Allen’s new comedy in which he plays a stubborn,

Natural, because Shifting Gears is the story of Allen’s character Matt, the stubborn, widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop. So, on the ninth episode of the comedy, airing March 12, Leno plays himself, and he brings his car into Parker Customs for repair.

Tim Allen is in his happy place.
