Frontier Airlines has launched nonstop service from Bradley International Airport to Miami International Airport, according to the airlines. The service operates twice per week, according to Frontier. To celebrate the launch, Frontier is offering fares as low as $49.

Thursday marked the first day of Frontier Airlines’ nonstop service from Bradley International Airport to Miami International Airport. The flights from Connecticut’s largest commercial airport to southern Florida are operating twice per week.

Frontier Airline’s new nonstop flight to Miami, Florida took off for the first time from Bradley International Airport today, launching the new service out of Windsor Locks.

In December, Frontier launched five new nonstop routes out of TPA including flights to Boston, Portland, Maine and Burlington, Vermont. Starting in March, Frontier will launch three new routes out of TPA to Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Indianapolis International Airport and Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.
