Among thousands of applicants, fifteen are chosen for Jamie's school. None of them know how to cook, so they start with basic lessons on how to work in the kitchen.

Jamie faces a serious problem: some of his trainees are skipping class, while others are simply not up to scratch. The size of the problem becomes apparent at the first exam.
