Freezing rain is already causing hazardous road conditions early Wednesday morning in parts of Oklahoma as much of the state is under a winter weather advisory.
KOCO 5 Field Meteorologist Michael Armstrong found the scene where a semi-trailer had jackknifed off Interstate 40 near Bridgeport.
