Syracuse, N.Y. — At least nine prison employees will be charged next week in sealed indictments issued by a grand jury in the death of inmate Robert Brooks, according to a source familiar with the case. The indictments are scheduled to be unsealed in the Oneida County Court on Tuesday, the source said.
