Many in the Columbia County School District are uneasy after learning a student was exposed to fentanyl in a classroom this week. Parents were told Monday about the incident that happened after a student picked up a dollar bill off the ground and later unrolled it in class to find a white power inside.

COLUMBIA COUNTY, GA (WFXG) - A Greenbrier High School student reportedly had a small amount of white, unknown, powdery substance in their possession. The substance fell out of a rolled-up dollar bill that was brought on campus. Upon further investigation, the student picked up the bill off the ground at a gas station parking lot off campus.
