OF Bligh Madris: Madris is back in the organization after hitting .269 in 21 MLB games with the Tigers last season. He’s a left-handed hitter the Tigers clearly like; they previously claimed him off waivers in 2022 and signed him to a minor-league deal in 2023.

Former Tigers outfielder Jake Marisnick is in spring training with a new team looking to make his way back up to the majors. Marisnick signed a minor league contract with the Braves and is in their camp as a non-roster invitee, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Tarik Skubal headlines a group that also includes Jack Flaherty, who reached an agreement with the Tigers on Sunday.

As the Tigers prepare for spring training, Detroit must already find another option for their Opening Day pitching rotation.
