Senate Bill 7, an act to prohibit the adoption or implementation of certain policies related to immigration enforcement, was heard and passed by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

The bill would require the Ten Commandments be posted in each classroom in South Dakota's public schools. But it could face legal challenges.
