It’s going to hurt when you walk out the door this morning as fake spring a week ago has been replaced with an Arctic blast.

Wednesday began with record low temperatures in the teens over most of the ArkLaTex. We will see another cold night on Thursday night followed by the beginning of a warming trend on Friday.

A wet Wednesday will eventually give way to a much colder and drier air mass Thursday and Friday. Cold mornings and cool afternoons stick around through the weekend, but it will start to gradually get warmer.
