A small uncrewed spacecraft is buzzing the moon, with under two weeks remaining before its bold attempt to land on the lunar surface.

A private spacecraft on a pretty badass mission has sent back footage of the far side of the Moon, on its way to land in the Mare Crisium region of our satellite on March 2.

The latest private lunar lander is a little closer to its destination. Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost fired its engines early in the morning of February 18, marking the latest stage in its 45-day long trip to the Moon.
