Localized flooding hits Sacramento County roads after heavy rain
In Sacramento County, Scott Road is a known flood-prone area. The rain created rapid-like conditions as the water from Little Dry Creek spilled over the rocks. About a foot of water rushed across the roadway Thursday. Residents say other areas have flooded along the roadway too.
