Europe needs its own plan for Ukraine and for its own security or its future will be decided by other powers, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Saturday.

With a growing economy, an assertive foreign policy and ambitious investments, Poland has in recent months embarked on mega-projects at home and flexed its muscles abroad, with one main hope -- getting a front-row seat in Brussels.
