HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) — Texas executes Richard Lee Tabler, 46, for a 2004 double killing in a dispute with his strip club manager.

Richard Lee Tabler was convicted of capital murder in 2007 and sentenced to death for killing two men. Danielle Sassoon, the acting U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, has resigned.
