A winter storm continues to impact Oklahoma for a second day, bringing snow, ice, hazardous road conditions, and dangerously cold temperatures, prompting school closures, emergency responses, and safety warnings for residents.

Blizzard-like conditions may be possible on Tuesday, the meteorologist in charge at the National Weather Service office in Tulsa said.
