The Carolina Panthers will shake up their roster in March. But before the depth chart begins to take shape, the Panthers need to fill some holes in their coaching staff.

The Panthers have announced their full coaching staff for the 2025 season. Head coach Dave Canales added four assistants to the stable and three returning coaches have new titles. The latter group includes senior coaching advisor Jim Caldwell and assistant quarterbacks coach/pass game specialist Mike Bercovici.
