Willie and Bob are coming back to Camden. A year after Willie Nelson brought his 4th of July Picnic to the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion with Bob Dylan among his opening acts, the two elder statesmen of American song are returning to the Jersey side of the Delaware this summer.

Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival is returning to Hartford’s Xfinity Theatre on Sept. 6. Joining Willie Nelson & Family at the Connecticut stop will be Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow, the Waxahatchee music project featuring Katie Crutchfield and Texan jazz/soul/country vocalist Madeline Edwards.

Williams recently dropped a covers album, "Lucinda Williams Sings the Beatles from Abbey Road," which is her tribute to the Fab Four recorded at the legendary studio in London.
