Ferrari’s first EV is rounding the final turn now. The Italian marque announced on Tuesday that it will unveil its first fully battery-powered model in October, according to the Financial Times. The revered sports car maker says the vehicle will be one of six new models that it launches in 2025.

Ferrari will reveal its first all-electric car in October this year, the Italian supercar company has said. The news came after revealing its latest quarterly financial results on 4 February. The company also said that the EV will be one of six new models to be launched before the end of 2025.

Breaking its tradition for roaring petrol engines, Ferrari's much-awaited EV will be showcased at a capital markets day on Oct. 9.
