Details have now emerged about the status of former Alabama offensive coordinator Nick Sheridan as it pertains to his role on the 2025 Crimson Tide coaching staff. Per a report from Bama247's Alex Scarborough,

Sheridan worked with Ty Simpson and Austin Mack in 2024, who were backups to starting quarterback Jalen Milroe. Sheridan was also the primary recruiter for freshman Keelon Russell, the top recruit in the 2025 class per the 247Sports Composite.

Nick Sheridan's role on the Alabama football coaching staff in 2025 is set. According to multiple reports, Sheridan will remain the Crimson Tide 's quarterbacks coach after the hire of former Seattle Seahawks and Washington offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb to be Kalen DeBoer's offensive coordinator.
