Another Super Bowl-winning coach is joining the AFC West. The Raiders agreed to a deal to make Pete Carroll their next head coach on Friday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported, bringing the former Seahawks coach back to the NFL a year after his surprising exit from Seattle.

The Las Vegas Raiders are being linked to Russell Wilson in NFL free agency following the hiring of his former head coach Pete Carroll.

Pete Carroll knows they can. "I'm so fired up that we're doing this together. It's going to be unique, and they're going to be surprised what comes," Pete Carroll said at his introductory news conference. "Maxx [Crosby], send that message man. We’re going to come find you guys and get this thing rolling as soon as possible."
