Four deputies were taken to a local hospital following a multi-vehicle crash in Spanaway Saturday afternoon. The roadway at the 15600 block of Pacific Avenue is being cleared up following the wreck. Several vehicles were involved, including the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, according to Central Pierce Fire & Rescue on X at 12:24 p.m.

Four deputies are recovering after a morning attempted carjacking ended with two patrol cars damaged in Spanaway. According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, a person called 911 after a woman tried to steal his car near the intersection of Pacific Avenue South and 175th Street South.
