Jul 30, 2023 · The MOTU USB System Extension App Indicates that the correct driver is installed. I have deleted the Audio MIDI preferences and re-scaned, still no MOTU MIDI. In my case it is certainly not cables, same cables same USB3 hub, etc.

Feb 2, 2024 · I have tried the latest driver MOTU M Series Installer (92368).exe and MOTU M Series Installer (92462).exe I have also worked through the troubleshooting on the motu page instructions. I play with the Sample Rate Hz 48000 Hz and buffer seats from 256 to 512 or higher.

Other than increased security, there's little in this update that I find useful. Maybe more efficient performance?

Jan 3, 2022 · The USB version of the 828mkII was a short lived product but MOTU''s response has been the company line for awhile now. Though unsupported, most older MOTU devices do work with current OS but you have to know where to find the latest drivers. For you and the rest of us with these units, it's the correct driver for the 828mk3 Hybrid.

Feb 29, 2024 · If anyone have the same issue, best is to open a support ticket and ask them to check issue ID #372313, solved my Matt at Motu support. The firmware is specific to your model so don't take the risk to upload a wrong firmware shared by someone else.
