Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS) strives to meet the needs of every library user, including the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) community.

In keeping with its central role in the academic life of the University, the Sultan Abdul Samad Library - UPM's main library - lies at the heart of the campus, making it easily assessable to the students and researchers.

UPM meets the needs of its students and the University’s research community with a wide range of library services provided via a main library and five branch libraries, which house a rich and diverse array of research materials and resources.

Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS) is easily accessible by students and lecturers. The main PSAS library building comprises two blocks with a total floor area of approximately 19,007 square metres and could accommodate about 2000 users at any one time.
