Jan 10, 2024 · The voters of Juniata Terrace Borough elect a Mayor and a 5-member Council who serve each for a 4-year term. The Council is responsible for planning for the future, enacting ordinances, establishing local tax rates, approving the budget and providing an oversight of the current needs of the community.

A public hearing on the Proposed budget will be held during the Juniata Terrace Borough Council meeting on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, at which time Borough Council will consider adoption.

The Borough council allows the rental of the community room to people for small gatherings. Juniata Terrace residents can rent the room for $25/hour while those living elsewhere are charged $40/hour.
